All the facilities mentioned are damaged and unusable. Saffron stays won't tell this before arrival
Kapil is amazing in his hospitality. Garden and lawn is very well kept, location is secluded but peaceful
All of the mentioned facilities were unavailable (on call before booking they confirmed all are fine but when we arrived none of them were working) - - wifi was not available on any of our days as it's a sim based internet and there were technical challenges, as they say. - Water filter was not working and no bisleri provided as replacement - forced to use tap water. - Bathtub has drain issues, water cannot be drained and you have to ask Kapil to remove all water from bucket - so could use it just once. - heated pool was our major requirement for the kids but after arrival we were told it's not working, which on call was confirmed by saffron stays executive that it's working - approach road was said to be bad for 300 meters, it's offroading in midst of a jungle for 4kms. - Food was amazing on day 1 but uncooked and chewy on 2nd night Response from saffron stays - will talk to owner and get it rectified. No response on why these were not checked before our arrival and let us know before booking. Disappointed as they charged me full for the facilities they provide but none of the facilities were available.

Worth it!! The home has a wonderfully cozy and homey atmosphere that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The weather was absolutely perfect, adding to the serene vibe of the place. It was an ideal setting for family bonding, offering plenty of spaces where we could come together and enjoy each other’s company. Highly recommend it for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Caramelo in Lavasa was a delightful experience! The homey feel of the place made us feel instantly comfortable, and the weather was absolutely perfect throughout our stay.
