    The quality and the upkeep of the place has gone down drastically.

    Breakfast food was good. Villa size/room size and location is good.

    The property has deteriorated drastically in upkeep. I visited 3 years back and loved the place. But this time, everything was different. The staff was untrained, the rooms were not kept up - stains on the walls, dirty old sheets, the bathroom seemed like it hadn’t been scrubbed properly in months. Everything looked ok only on a surface level. The staff tried their best to give a good service and make our stay comfortable but the overall training and proficiency level has gone down significantly.

    Highly recommended for those who appreciate the finer things in life...

    The villa's decor, location, view, space and vibe was gorgeous. The food was simple yet very delicious and in plenty. The manager and staff were very courteous and hospitable. The property overall was very nicely done with open areas for people to sit and relax, enough green spaces and trees, and Camp Max near by with all sorts of activities for families.

    The villa has too many windows / entry points and the lock system doesn't seem too sturdy. We were 4 ladies staying in the 3 bedroom Athena villa and hence there was some discomfort about this arrangement. We understand that it is a part of the whole Santorini-look of the place but the French window locks could be sturdier. Secondly, the living room sofa had dirt marks all over it. But otherwise the rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

    kairos ticked all the boxes , had a fabulous stay, staff was very courtesy and food was very good. a must visit !

    Brilliant property to spend time chilling

    The property was absolutely spectacular with amazing lake view. The staff was very warm and friendly and cooked amazing food
