    Horrible experience and by this Saffron Stay is spoiling its goodwill - NEED 50% REFUND AGAINST IT

    The chef was excellent - food we did not have any issue

    Location is horrible and the roads are too rough and deserted roads to reach To call for the bottle of waters the persons asks for 1200 rs which is 20 times then the price of the water ACs not working in 50% of the rooms, death lizard in the hall, rats running down in the hall Operational Manager Dinesh reached around 7 pm after I raised my voice, the AC reaches after him inspite of my personal follow ups. Usma the Karjat property Head is always unreachable They charge 18% on the food bill whereas all 5 star properties also charge 5% and Usma gives me the knowledge if GST rules - where was she when we were trying to reach her with all the complains
