    Unclean apartment with ants throughout, poor amenities, uninterested management

    To be fair, they accommodated our early check-in, which we appreciated.

    I honestly wish I had listened to the bad reviews. I cannot recommend this place in good faith, especially to families with young children. Many of the issues we experienced had already been mentioned in previous reviews, yet management hasn’t addressed them. Poor cleaning, a broken hairdryer, no microwave, a coffee machine without a single cup, no cleaning supplies, and not even hand soap, which apparently isn’t included in their “welcome package.” But the worst part was the ants. Guests have been reporting this issue since July 2026, and we found ants throughout the apartment, even inside the diaper my baby was wearing. I sent management a video, and they assured me maintenance had been notified urgently. Nothing was ever done. It’s frustrating to see management repeatedly say they “value feedback” when the same problems keep coming up without being resolved. The hygiene concerns were serious enough that I’m now preparing a formal complaint with ASL Bari, the local health authority. We weren’t expecting luxury, just a clean, functional place to stay with our kids. Unfortunately, that was too much to ask.

    Location is okay

    La Puglia era l ultima mia tappa di un viaggio itinerante per Europa Nord Italia e Sud Italia. Purtroppo il finale del viaggio è stato rovinato dall’indifferenza del gestore dell’appartamento il quale non ha fatto nulla per risolvere la segnalazione dell asciugacapelli rovinato e non funzionante che ho tempestivamente segnalato quando son entrato in stanza. Con scuse e perdite di tempo ha fatto in modo di non risolvere il problema. Sarebbe stato sufficiente portare un phon in prestito per risolvere il problema. Peccato per la mal gestione della struttura. Mi sarei aspettato un attenzione diversa senza fingere che tutto fosse okay scrivendo inutili messaggi nei quali mi segnalava che doveva chiedere autorizzazione per la sostituzione e che sarebbero serviti giorni per risolvere il problema. (Parliamo di un asciugacapelli da 20€ reperibile alla prima lidl del paese).

    Stupendo

    È stato tutto perfetto. Posizione centrale. Pulizia eccellente e viaggiando da sola mi sono sentita al sicuro in questo posto.

    Non c’era acqua in frigo.
