    Nightmare Experience

    Nothing

Upon arrival, and without prior notice, we were assigned a room different from the one we had booked. This room was in terrible condition (exposed electrical wiring and ants everywhere). We promptly reported the issue. We were moved to another room (which was still different from the one we had booked). This room faced the street, and I didn't sleep that night due to the constant traffic. Throughout this whole experience, I never actually saw the room I had booked.
