Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros -It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit. Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Traumhafte Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen bei WIFI und Sanitär

    Die Lage in der Nähe der Sagrada Familia mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Geburtsfassade ist ein Traum. Wir hatten wunderbares Spätsommerwetter und haben uns daher während unseres Aufenthaltes fast nur auf der großen Terrasse aufgehalten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und es sind neben großen Shampoo-Flaschen (für Haare und Körper) in den Duschen auch ausreichend Utensilien in der Küche vorhanden.

    Aufgrund der offensichtlich alten Sanitärinstallation kommt es durch einen nicht funktionierenden Siphon zu einer unangenehmen Geruchsbelästigung vor allem im Bereich des Zimmers mit integrierter Dusche. Hier müsste ein Fachmann Abhilfe schaffen. Das WIFI hat während unserer Buchung nicht funktioniert und so waren wir dazu gezwungen unsere Auslandskontingente der Mobilfunkanbieter aufzubrauchen, was für eine ganze Woche eine richtige Herausforderung war. Die Mängelbehebung diesbezüglich war leider sehr schlecht und nicht erfolgreich. Ausser einem kurzen Besuch (nach mehreren Tagen) eines Technikers und einer entschuldigenden Mitteilung, dass der Wohnungseigentümer informiert wurde, wurde seitens der Agentur nichts unternommen.

    Olor a alcantarilla, muy muy desagradable.

    Lo mejor del piso son las vistas que tiene la terraza a la Sagrada Familia.

    Durante toda nuestra instancia en el piso se olía muchísimo a alcantarilla, un olor muy muy desagradable. Luego la ventilación de la casa no se podía realizar correctamente porque las ventanas daban a la máquina del aire acondicionado con un ruido ensordecedor y un calor insoportable . Otra cosa, la casa tiene hormigas 🐜, los cuarto de baño dejan mucho que desear o tienen varias carencias, uno abierto donde tienes que dormir y hueles alcantarilla y el otro con mucha falta de reformar, y el pie de ducha tiene falta de reformar. Por último el colchón de matrimonio de la habitación junto al salón deja algo que desear y la habitación individual le falta aire, no es suficiente con poner un ventilador.
