    We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed exploring the area.

    Perfectly located. Walkable to beach and cafes. Near to shopping facilities. Large and roomy. Nice balcony, with reasonable view, to relax on. Plenty of windows to catch the sea breeze. WiFi available. Instant hot water. Everything you needed for cooking your own meals.

    The television was very hit and miss. Even with the instructions I couldn't work out the stove top. Oven was OK though. Would have been good to know about the stairs as we both struggle with knee issues and there was no lift. The garage attached to the unit was broken but we didn't really mind because it was easier to park outside.

    The bed was comfortable.

    The swimming pool was dirty, the outside gardens were very unkempt, the stairwell smelt of cat's wee, the oven was dirty, the balcony was not clean & there was objects stored in the remote controlled garage - probably the Owner's stuff. I have complained about all of this to Caloundra Holiday Centre and to the Body Corporate. I will never return to this property.
