Please inform Saifon Villas 5 Bedroom Pool Villa - Whole villa priced by bedrooms occupied in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of THB 15000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property requires a prepayment via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the payment details. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. A deposit may be required at the property.

    The most fantastic Family Holiday ever!!!

    We stayed over Christmas and New Year 24/25. Everything was just so perfect the entire family had the best possible holiday imaginable. The photographs dont do the house and grounds justice the whole of the property is amazing. The pool has to be one of the best I have ever seen. The staff took such wonderful care of us. It is really like staying in your own personal 6 star hotel. I really cant thank Fon & Mike enough. We were constantly asking for food, drinks and taxis and they sorted everything for us. Please dont miss out you must stay here it is truly amazing.

    Leaving was one of the most painful experiences of my life. We will come back :)

    beautiful villa must stay

    The owners were incredibly nice. They drove us around when we needed it. The property was incredibly beautiful. The pictures don’t even do it justice. you’re in a small, secluded area up on a hill overlooking some mountains. A big pool lots of wood ornate details. The size of the place was fantastic. There was a lot of things to do nearby also.

    they charged for Keurig cups. I didn’t know till someone showed me the sign behind a towel but honestly it was affordable and that’s nitpicking
