You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The resort offers a chargeable private speedboat or private catamaran from Phuket (75 minutes). Both airport and hotel transfers are included in this transfer service. Flight arrivals should be at least 2 hours prior to the boat departure time. Hotel transfers within Phuket must be confirmed 24 hours in advanced. The resort can be reached by a public ferry from Phuket to Tonsai Pier (within 2 hrs.) and then a local public long-tail boat to the resort (20 minutes).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
