    A great place to use as a base for exploring the island.

    Great location, very close to restaurants and shops, and only about a 15-minute walk from the Old Town. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. We also really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the terrace.

    The only thing that could be improved is the garden, which currently looks a little neglected, but the host mentioned it will be renovated.

    Muy recomendable

    Era muy amplio, estaba bastante limpio. Tenía muy buena ubicación y la atención del personal de 10, personas muy cercanas y atentas.

    Por destacar algo la ducha no filtraba bien y se llenaba el cuarto de baño de agua.

    Great location and very clean house 😁

    Great location, the property was very clean and had everything we needed. All staff was very nice communicating via messaging and in person. There is parking spaces in front of the property and down the road. Location is very central, easy to access and close to everything.

    Property was great!! Maybe during summer time would be good to have AC (although it has fans, which helped a lot)

    Sailorman and Friends is an idyllic, comfortable, well-located place to stay in Ponta Delgada!

    The location was great! Really centrally located and we could walk to the centre within 15mins, and within 10mins you were at the waters edge. I also really liked that when I asked for new towels in the middle of our 10 day stay, it was quickly replaced and the house was neatened for us as well. We enjoyed having our meals in the sun, on the patio/in the garden. It was very relaxing. There was always enough water for hot showers - which is something I enjoy (and often other places run out). It was relaxing to stay here! Help was available immediately when we needed it but for the most part we were left to enjoy the home with no additional admin or concerns raised.

    There is either high back pressure or small drains because the shower tended to become a small pool and took awhile to drain. Not really a big concern though.
