    Great location, very clean, would return!

    Great location, clean, helpful owner, brilliant base for our stay and the welcome hamper was a much appreciated and thoughtful gesture. Would happily stay again.

    Head room was a little lacking 😝, but soon learn to duck or grouse! And fully appreciate it goes with an old property full of character and history.

    Great location

    Fabulous location, very clean and pretty much had everything we needed during our stay! I'd say the property was quirky.

    Parking was an absolute nightmare but that's no reflection on the property itself. Lots of stairs and low ceilings but after 3 head bashes I learnt! A slow cooker would be a good addition.

    Wonderful holiday in a beautiful cottage - great location and amazing views!

    We had a wonderful five night stay at Sailors Cottage. Amber puts her heart and soul into the accommodation, and it was a home from home. The beds were comfy, we had everything we needed for cooking meals and also a great Chinese take away and fish and chip shops on the doorstep! Fantastic location for shops, pubs and sight-seeing. The views of the harbour from the cottage are amazing. Whitby Abbey is a short walk away, as is the beach and plenty of boat trips. We loved the atmosphere of the area - very friendly locals! Thank you so much for a lovely holiday and for the welcome hamper- we’d love to stay again! 😊
