    Sentral beliggenhet, kort vei til det meste.

    Dårlig renhold. Det trengs en god nedvask av bad og kjøkken også inne i skap og skuffer. En del av kjøkkenserviset var skittent ved ankomst Leiligheten trenger en oppgradering. En del trafikkstøy fra busstoppet rett utenfor leiligheten.
