  Accessible mais ne devrait pas être loué pour 7

  L’emplacement est très bien. Les chambres individuelles étaient bien.

  Le canapé lit n’est pas fait pour 2 personnes. Manque de lumière. Il n’y avait pas assez de chaises pour 7 personnes. L’appartement était indiqué pour 7 personnes, mais il n’est pas fait pour cette taille de groupe.

  Propriétaire à l’écoute et disponible, rapport qualité/prix imbattable, grand appartement, bien placé.

  Rien de très important mais il serait bien d’ajouter un ventilateur pour faire circuler l’air climatisé jusqu’au salon

  A wonderful week in split. Our host was welcoming, helpful in many ways from carrying luggage, recommendations for resta

  Just outside the old town so not too busy or noisy. Easy 10-15 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Property was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. Liked that it had a utility room with access to washing machine and cleaning products so we could maintain the high level of cleanliness. For 4 people, this 3 bedroom apartment was spacious enough. It was on the first floor. Fine for us but consider this if you have mobility issues as there is no lift. Master bedroom kitchen and living room had air conditioning units. The owner was very helpful! When asked where the coffee machine or bottle opener were, we found a coffee machine and bottle opener delivered to our door the next morning!

  Bedrooms 2 and 3 did not have air conditioning. It was a very hot week so that would have helped with sleep quality. The kitchen was not well supplied: - no bread knife - no bottle opener* - no coffee machine* - insufficient wine glasses for 4 people * we raised these 2 points and they were quickly resolved!

  Happily would stay here again when visiting Split again

  We liked everything about this place. Originally we chosed it for its location - just few min by walk from the old city of Split. At the same time, the apartment was very big, matching the pictures, also truly comfortable and clean. It was one of our favourite places to stay during these holidays, and we would have liked to stay longer, if time had permitted. Bathrooms, kitchen , rooms were very well equipped for those who’d like a longer stay. The owner of the place and his staff were also very kind and helpful. With owner’s guidance we parked our car just behind the building, very easily. His staff was also very helpful with some advices of places for dinner or breakfast, which we indeed tried and can confirm it was excellent suggestion. We were also allowed a later checkout which helped us a lot as well.
