Disappointed
The location was great and it was ckean
There is no place to unpack your belongings and store your suitcase. There was a coffee machine with coffee, creamer, and sugar with no cutlery or straws. There was no mention of no place to park at the residence if you drive or rent a vehicle. We had park blocks away if we didn’t want to pay a phenomenal amount. The floor of the shower was very slick, there was no shelving or anywhere to place toiletries while you shower, and there was no safe way for a woman to shave her legs. The only wash clothes available to us were the ones we started out the week with. No one came to change out towels, bed linens, or trash the entire stay, nor did anyone ask.

Great New Orleans Gem
Location, close enough to things but far enough from the noise. Great little apartment , beautifully decorated, great balcony.
Wasn't keen on the steps up to the mezzanine bedroom. Handrail would have been helpful!

The inside was nice
The building when u walk in is extremely hot on top of having to drag your luggage up several flights of stairs was terrible , we even offered to help some elderly guest take theirs because it was to hot for them to do so .

I love this place and will stay here again.
I love the historical building. The best thing is that it is unique and nothing like the chain hotels.
It was difficult getting my luggage to the third floor.
