Great location and beautiful condo but disappointed by noise and lack of upkeep.
The location was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. The condo was aesthetically pleasing.
The door of the condo was hard to lock and it did not seem secure. There was no lock to get into the building. There were many maintenance issues. The seal on the dishwasher was broken. There were multiple burned out bulbs including the fridge. The beside lamp in the bedroom could not be used as there was no outlet. There was an infestation of fruit flies. No broom. There was a lack of amenities such as towels, tea towels and dish cloths to wipe the kitchen counter and tables and no hangers in the closets. The worst part of the stay was the noise from above and the street until wee hours of the morning. We did not get a good night sleep the whole time we were there.

The location was excellent and the layout was just right for our needs. Email communication was very timely.
Unfortunately the lift broke on the day of our departure which caused quite a problem with the luggage. The hotel next door was a superb source of information. No information booklet was available at our accommodation.

Excellent location, and the apartment is very spacious. We were a family of seven, and the space was more than enough for all of us.
Unfortunately, the apartment was not cleaned properly before our arrival. We contacted the property manager, who said they would send clean bed linens. Unfortunately, despite waiting, they never arrived. We had to wash the bed linens ourselves before using them, which was a major inconvenience, especially since we were traveling with children. The floors, cutlery, and dishes were also not clean. Our family travels frequently, and unfortunately, this was the least clean apartment we have ever stayed in. We hope the property improves its cleaning standards, as the apartment itself is spacious and well located.
