    Excellent service and excellent guide

    Well-run hotel with truly exceptional service. The team at reception went out of their way to make us feel welcome, to make our stay comfortable and to help us organize anything we needed. I have rarely experienced such genuine, caring service, even in my extensive travel throughout Asia - an absolute gem. I also would like to highlight the tour guide Mr. Yon who the hotel organized for us. He was an absolute delight as well. Very knowledgeable, very warm and friendly - he made our visits to the Angkor temples very entertaining and provided valuable insights into the country’s history, both ancient and recent. Absolutely recommend this hotel!
