    absolutely lovely

    Sublime experience -- from the moment we were greeted warmly with a welcome drink of local pear cider to the amazing breakfast that we enjoyed before leaving, we truly enjoyed our stay. The decor in the lodge is beautiful (we were admiring some of the prints hung throughout). Our room was chilly when we 1st arrived but the cozy bed linens/comforter made sleeping very comfortable. Since we only stayed one night, we would have loved to have more time to enjoy the property & wander the beautiful grounds. Hood River was about 15-20 minutes away by car, & we went into town for dinner at one of the restaurants that was recommended by Sakura Ridge. Great location as home base for exploring the Fruit Loop.

    Cannot recommend Sakura Ridge highly enough. The room and entire property was beautiful, clean and so relaxing. Brennan was an INCREDIBLE host and chef. The breakfast's he made for us each day were so thoughtful and delicious and something we looked forward to each morning. We also had him make us a private dinner one night which was an awesome experience from start to finish. We already cannot wait to go back again.
