There is a weird smell when we walked in. The air conditioning was FULL of mold. We had one person with asthma in our group and asked what could be done. The just told us they will send teh normal cleaning staff, but the air conditioning should have been cleaned professionally. They did not even do that the next day, so we had to leave early, so our friend did not suffer from more symptoms. She could not be in the apartment without a mask and without all the windows open. They refused to give is our money back even though it was endangering our health. We think there was mor mold somewhere else because of the smell.

洗濯機だけが綺麗になってくれたら、またぜひぜひぜひ使いたいなと思います！！
ユニバまで一駅なこと、コンビニも近くにあるし、生活に必要な全ての道具が揃っていて、家のように過ごせたことがとてもよかったです。
洗濯機のフィルターのゴミを取り出そうとしたらものすごく汚くて、それを見てからは使うのをやめてしまいました。
