Warm and welcoming
An Absolutely Exceptional Stay – Beyond All Expectations! I honestly cannot praise this hotel enough. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and our experience exceeded all expectations. The cleanliness deserves special recognition. I genuinely have no words to describe how immaculate everything was. Every single day, our room was thoroughly cleaned, beautifully tidied, and perfectly taken care of. Everything was always spotless, fresh, neat, and perfectly in place. The attention to detail is truly impressive, and you can tell that the team takes enormous pride in maintaining the highest standards. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Sudira, Kevin, Sudi, Ning, April, Sumarta, Andi, and Tarsi were all absolutely wonderful. Every interaction was warm, welcoming, and genuine. Their kindness, professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel truly special. They created such a lovely atmosphere and made us feel incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The entire team deserves recognition for the outstanding service they provide. It is rare to find a place where every detail is taken care of so beautifully, from the impeccable cleanliness to the hospitality and the overall experience. This hotel is a true gem, and the people working here are what make it so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we would return without a second thought. Everything is just amazing, nothing to dislike

It’s a nice little oasis which is centrally located in Bingin. The staff were exceptional, particularly Sudira and Sudi, who went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect.
One of the rooms had a damp smell, however I was quickly moved to another room and the problem was resolved. The WiFi drops in and out. The towels need replacing as they are old. The accommodation is aware of these issues and are moving to resolve them.

Excellent stay
The setting is gorgeous!!! The decor was stunning. A beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. The staff were amazing so friendly and always ready to assist us with anything especially Sudira.
