Simply wonderful stay!

Some things in the room were a bit dusty. The toilet brush had seen distinctly better days.

A great guest house close to the town centre
You get a really nice welcome on arrival. Matt has so much knowledge of the local area. The room was a good size with everything in that we could have needed. The breakfast was really yummy. It's only a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Keswick town, which is handy for going shopping or to go walking. I have stayed before and I would stay again. Its such a lovely touch that on departure you get a price of homemade cake which was really nice after our walk.

Excellent Dog Friendly Guest House
Fabulous dog friendly guest house. Very friendly owners, Matt gave us good advice on nice, but easy walks in Keswick. The room was excellent, good size beds and nicely appointed rooms. We ate out, as there are lots of dog friendly places in Keswick! But you can bring your take out food here and eat in the dinning room, if you wish, and this is a nice touch. The breakfast was awesome, Paul the chef did a great job and our food was hot and really very good. My sister and I loved this place and will return,
