  Unacceptable hygiene issues - Cockroaches in the kitchen, poor cleanliness, terrible smell, and ZERO compensation.

  Upon arrival, the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards-the bathroom and toilet were poorly cleaned, and there was a disgusting stench under the kitchen sink and inside the dishwasher, as if something had been rotting there for two years. To make matters worse, after two days we found cockroaches in the kitchen. When we reported this, the management (Buena Vista Holidays) completely dismissed our concerns, claiming that "cockroaches are common in Malta" and implying we might have let them in through an open window just because we reported it two days after check-in. Their only proposed solution was to send someone to apply chemical sprays and gel treatments while we were residing there, which we refused due to obvious health risks during a holiday. Despite the unacceptable conditions and health hazards, the property offered absolutely ZERO compensation, refund, or alternative accommodation. Combined with poor cleaning, terrible smells, and disrespecttul customer support, we strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

  Even with the little mishaps our stay was very comfortable very relaxing ac was a bonus I would recommend the apartment

  The property was exactly how it was advertised on booking very clean and very comfortable

  They were too many flies on the balcony so was hard at times to relax outside, the electrics kept cutting out as we were cooking so a lot of food went to waste also the washing machine was a little faulty

  Šalia oro uostas, Lidl matosi iš balkono ir pasiekiamas pėsčiomis, parkavimas buvo priešais, apartamentai neseniai įrengti. Ant stogo terasos baseino maloniai praleidom laiką.

  Atvykus, grindys buvo tarsi neplautos, balkono grindys atrodė ką tik po remonto. Apartamentai atrodė naujai įrengti, tačiau darbų kokybė abejotina. Kavos aparatą taip ir nepavyko įjungti, baldai, lovos - viskas ok, tačiau vienas iš vonios kambarių sukėlė nuostabą ir juoką - stambesniam žmogui bus sudėtinga atsisėsti ant klozeto. Žinoma, tai projektuotojai kalti, bet ... Nepatiko, kad ilgai laikė 250€ užstatą, 10 dienų turėjau apie tai galvoti ar neprisikabins dėl ko nors.
