Marred by booking system confusion.
Location, light, space and cleanliness.
We booked with Booking.com but were contacted by another organisation -Go Coastal - seeking credit card details. We had no forewarning this was required in order to gain access. It proved extremely stressful and was totally unwarranted but no alternative.

Pleasant enough apartment but appalling property management
Good location in centre of Sorrento. Clean. Parking underneath with lift access.
Very bland, basic ‘coastal chic’ unit with minimum linen and kitchen equipment - a pleasant but not a luxury accommodation. The main difficulty with staying at this property was dealing with the property’s management company. The management requires an online form to be completed with driver licence and credit card details well before check-in (even though my booking fully paid via Booking.com) - you need to submit this before they give you the lockbox code to check-in - I kept trying to complete & submit the form in the week before but the process was broken - eventually I resorted to phoning the company who said they’d now received my form and emailed me a receipt for the form. But no code was sent. On the day of check-in I spent 45 minutes on the phone as they denied receiving the form again! I had to email my driver licence again! Eventually after arguing with me they emailed the code - I would never book this apartment or any property via this company again.
