    Bad breakfast

    The room was clean and new. It was nice that hot springs were nearby.

    The breakfast box system was poor. If you both want to eat the same thing there isn't enough to do so and there is alot of food waste. The eggs you get are raw, so you need to prepare them yourself. Also their standard policy is new towels once every 5 days, which is way too infrequent. Also the description gave the impression there was direct access to a pool/hottub, but that wasn't the case. You had to go across the street to a different hotel or hotspring to use such facilities. Also the tv was unfortunately no smart tv.
