    From receiving us and throughout our whole stay, we were met with smiles and overall friendliness and cleanliness. Our questions were answered immediately, all of us were so well looked after and we were a group of 20 👏

    Terrible experience with family

    It is closer to Kynasna waterfront.

    The WiFi was terrible, rooms are dirty, washroom soiled, towels provided over direct toilet, kitchen sink was leaking, utensils not properly cleaned, gas stove was not working properly, the bed linens were dirty, bedsheet has a lipstick mark, no toilet soap. Overall very unhygienic and unpleasant experience.

    Not a nice experience

    Close to the site we were working night shift

    You have a games room in between the bedrooms and the guests were making loads of noise when sleeping. And when complaining to the manager he just had no salutation to make comfortable for my staff who worked long hours. If I knew there was a games room close to the bedrooms I would have never booked this accommodation
