Very good
The facilities were mostly accommodating. We "live" out of these places a little more than the ordinary (cooking full meals and all), so a few extras were missing for our use. We could walk to the beach easily and within close driving or biking distance to everything downtown. We felt safe and comfortable.
I suggested a thorough mopping of the floors, bare feet or socks were soiled within 10 minutes of walking on the tile. The facility felt clean enough. There wasn't a dishwasher or oven, but I failed to check that before the booking.

As VRBO's go, this is a good one!
Overall, it was a good experience. We would likely return!
A couple of things. (1) there was an older couple, who I think live in another apartment and rode a red golf cart, that was going around looking into everyone's cars - which was kind of creepy. I'm sure they were just keeping things secure, but it was overkill. (2) Was not easy to dispose of trash; we couldn't figure out how to simply walk to the dumpster at the end because eveything was so locked down. We resorted to each day putting the bag of trash on the hood of our car and driving it to the dumpster once we got outside the gate.

Large studio condo with extra bedroom with bunk beds.
It was very close to where our friends were staying. Very comfortable beds and large bathroom. Nice little patio.
This may look like a lot but only minor issues.There weren't any drinking glasses, only 4 coffee cups and 2 wine glasses. The hot/cold setting in the shower was backwards and took us a day to figure it out. Bunk bed room has no ventilation, there was a fan that worked but make sure the door stays open with the fan in the doorway blowing in. I opened the door on the first morning and it was like a sauna in there. The TV is complicated, couldn't get any local stations (ABC, CBS...) to watch the news. We couldn't figure it out. The grill was very dirty and no grill cleaning tools. Luckily we weren't planning on using it since we were meeting friends at their beach house. Overall, our stay was great.

I liked the size and cleanliness. I also liked that it had everything we needed.
the tv was broken. it kept flickering every few seconds.
