  This property is absolutely beautiful. The styling is 10/10, incredibly well presented, and exactly as pictured. It has a very aesthetic, luxurious feel and I was genuinely excited to arrive and enjoy our stay. The attention to detail in the styling is outstanding.

  However, there are a few things I believe future guests should be aware of. The property is spread across four levels, which may not be suitable for elderly guests, those with mobility issues, or families with young children. The stairs cannot be blocked off, which made it difficult to relax with two small children constantly needing supervision. While the jacuzzi was a feature I was particularly looking forward to using, it is located on the fourth level, making it quite difficult to access and enjoy while caring for two young children. Unfortunately, the washing machine did not work at all during our stay. Having access to laundry facilities was a major factor in choosing this property, as we were travelling with young children. To their credit, the property managers arranged for two service technicians to attend, however neither was able to repair the machine. This meant we had to find alternative laundry facilities during our holiday, resulting in additional expense and inconvenience. I also contacted the property managers regarding compensation for the costs incurred due to the lack of a functioning washing machine, but unfortunately have not received a response.

  Nice enough place, the company has no integrity

  Easy enough to get the keys

  I specifically emailed and asked if there was a dryer there as it said in the listing that I saw on Airbnb it had one, they got back to be and confirmed it did have a dryer ~ which was important because we were specifically looking to book somewhere with one and although this property was on the more expensive side we decided to go with it because of that , to arrive and find that infact that it didn’t have a dryer. We called them and they reluctantly apologised and took no accountability for the wrong information, and then finally offered to reimburse us for the cost of going to the laundromat. When I sent them the email with the costs and request for the reimbursement they said they can’t do that without receipts (who gets a receipt at the coin operated laundromat? lol) They never expressed on the call that in order to honor the reimbursement we would need receipts, not that we could get them anyway because laundromats literally don’t give them! And when I pointed this again poor communication and going back on the word that was given, again absolutely no accountability or apology. So disappointing and the whole situation was a big inconvenience and super frustrating. No ownership for their mistakes and lack of communication within their teams and what was being said to me
