Title: Unacceptable and dangerous – burglary in the apartment and zero support! I strongly advise against staying at this property, especially for families with children. During our stay, our apartment was broken into. Someone ransacked all of our personal belongings, making a huge mess looking for cash. They did not find money, but stole two pairs of shoes, perfume, and glasses. The most terrifying part is that there were no signs of forced entry, meaning whoever entered either had a key or the door locks are completely ineffective and can be easily opened. Our children were terrified and cried all night because we felt completely unsafe. We immediately reported the incident to the customer service/reception, but we were completely ignored afterwards — nobody ever reached out to explain the situation, check on the issue, or offer any help. Utter lack of security, responsibility, and basic customer care. Avoid this place at all costs!

Loved Florence and the location property needs a little work
Location was excellent Had 3 bedrooms
The 2 armchairs were stained and looked dirty One rooms mattress was upside down and no mattress protector Shower curtain was to short and water leaked on the floor The other shower door didn’t close properly and leaked on the floor Nowhere in shower to put soap etc When we arrived the lift wasn’t working
