    Nós ofereceram um apartamento que estava fedendo a cigarro, quando imediatamente reclamamos, nos puseram em outro que estava melhor, mas mesmo assim cheirava a cigarro. Não usam desinfetante na limpeza, depois da limpeza o ambiente não fica cheiroso.
