    The only thing we liked about this property was its location. It was within walking distance of the beach.

    Unfortunately, the property is very outdated and needs better maintenance. The water had a strong unpleasant odor, so we had to use bottled water for basic needs. Overall, the condition of the property did not meet our expectations.

    Planning our next trip back now…very unique staying experience.

    The place is just really cool…GREAT vibe! LOTS of deck space on second level much of it covered. The amount of foliage around the property makes it feel secluded… very private, plus lot next to main deck is vacant. AC is remarkable. Location is perfect. Price point even better!

    Lose step on stairs and coffee pot didn’t seem to work. Let management know. Went back a few weeks later…step was fixed, coffee pot was new. Paul is known in the community and takes great care of the property and the guests!
