Das Haus liegt in perfekter Lage. Strand, Seebrücke, Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und ruhig. Durch den Aufzug ist bei An- und Abreise kein schleppen des Gepäck nötig. Der großzügige Parkplatz direkt am Haus und somit mitten in Binz ist goldwert. Es fehlt an nichts in der äußerst sauberen und gemütlichen Wohnung. Vielen lieben Dank an Frau Gräber für den tollen Urlaub.

Die Nähe zum Strand war super und das Vermieter Ehepaar war super nett und hilfsbereit. Der Wge vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung war relativ kurz. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt.
Daß wir nur eine Nacht wegen eines familiären Unglücks bleiben konnten.

Ein perfektes Zuhause für einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Eine sehr schöne, stil- und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, perfekt gelegen und in einem super gepflegten Zustand. Der Strand ist keine 300 m entfernt, ebenso wie die ansprechenden Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Hier kann man sich wunderbar erholen. Die Gastgeber-Familie war von Beginn an und während des Aufenthaltes immer erreichbar und hat freundlich und kompetent auf alle Fragen und Anliegen reagiert. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung am Anreisetag erfolgte persönlich und unproblematisch. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit willkommen und auch immer gut informiert gefühlt.
Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung kann ich SEHR empfehlen.
Ich wurde sehr herzlich von Frau Gräber empfangen. Sie hat mir alles ausführlich gezeigt. Sogar Reisetips und Erklärungen habe ich von Ihr erhalten. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet,es fehlt an nichts. das Bett und Kopfkissen super bequem. Für mich ganz wichtig für die Erholung. ICH HABE NICHTS NEGATIVES ZU BERICHTEN. KANN ICH NUR EMPFEHLEN !!!!!!!!!!!
