A quality hotel in Dong Hoi with excellent customer service
We thought the SAM Quang BIn Hotel was lovely. Our room on the 12th floor was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel also had a pool and spa which we were looking forward to using during our stay. The front of house manager Mai was extremely professional and helpful; she arranged an early checkin without charge for us which felt good after our journey. Once we had checked into the room it became clear that very loud building and drilling work was taking place during our stay which could be heard everywhere in the hotel, so Mai quickly arranged a refund as sadly we would not be able to rest and relax in the hotel as planned. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and was able to expedite the refund process even before we left the hotel. We were really impressed by her service skills and her genuine concern for our wellbeing. SAM Quang Bin is definitely one of the hotels we would recommend staying in if you are taking a stopover in Dong Hoi.

Great experience
Receptionists were very warm and they allowed us for early check in without any charges. Hotel room was very good and clean. The view of the room was amazing. We got the room on 7th floor. The amenities and complementary items provided were very good. Overall a pleasant stay.
