    Der junge Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat uns bei der Abreise sehr geholfen. Kontaktiert den Mietwagenfahrer, welcher am falschen Platz gewartet hat. Auch die Managerin war nett.

    Frühstück im Zimmer. Kam nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit. Keine Handtücher im Zimmer. Urgenz 4 pm 5 pm 7 pm 11 50 pm . Sind um 0 15 am gekommen. Lautstärke vom Dach. Dachte es gibt eine Kegelbahn oben. Generelle Lautstärke. Vor dem Hotel Platz ca. 50 Essen, Trinken bis nach Mitternacht.

    A Perfect Stay in Downtown Cairo!

    The highlight of my visit was the outstanding customer service at the reception, especially from Donia, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. My room was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the essential amenities I needed. The A/C worked perfectly, which made a huge difference during my stay. You truly cannot beat the location. It is situated right in the heart of downtown Cairo (Wast El Balad) at 3 Orabi Square, Al Azbakeya. Being so central made it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a prime location in Cairo!
