    Traumhafte Anlage mit einigen Schwächen

    Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist atemberaubend schön, sehr gepflegt und beeindruckend gestaltet. Auch der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Strand ist wunderschön. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiter: Sie waren jederzeit unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und haben sich schnell um jedes Anliegen gekümmert. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend und sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir haben uns über die großzügige Lösung mit der Poolvilla sehr gefreut und waren für den freundlichen Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde sehr dankbar.

    Der größte Kritikpunkt war für uns leider der Strand. An einer Seite lagen deutlich sichtbar Müll, Plastik und Flaschen im Sand. Außerdem befand sich dort Hundekot, was besonders mit Kindern sehr unangenehm war. Deshalb haben wir den Strand nur einmal genutzt. Aufgrund der starken Wellen war das Schwimmen im Meer ebenfalls nicht möglich, wobei uns bewusst ist, dass das Hotel darauf keinen Einfluss hat. Unsere ursprünglich gebuchte Suite fühlte sich außerdem sehr feucht und etwas modrig an. Zunächst wurde uns ein Luftentfeuchter zur Verfügung gestellt, der das Problem aber nicht ausreichend lösen konnte. Das Hotel reagierte anschließend sehr freundlich und bot uns für die letzten 2,5 Tage kostenlos eine schöne Poolvilla an, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Der einzige Nachteil des Wechsels war, dass wir dadurch den direkten Meerblick unserer ursprünglichen Suite nicht mehr hatten. Das Essen in den hoteleigenen Restaurants war insgesamt in Ordnung, hat uns geschmacklich für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und angesichts der Preise jedoch nicht besonders überzeugt.
