  A beautiful stay in Sidemen Samanvaya is a beautiful place surrounded by breathtaking rice terrace views. The setting is peaceful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and it’s the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the beauty of Sidemen. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. I especially loved the stunning views and the overall feeling of tranquillity. A wonderful place to experience a quieter, more authentic side of Bali. I would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

  Extremely Disappointing – Unsafe Accommodation and Appalling Customer Service Our stay was an absolute disaster and a complete waste of money. The bamboo accommodation was nowhere near as safe or secure as it should have been. Animals could get in through multiple gaps and openings, making us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe throughout our stay. We raised these serious concerns with the staff, but absolutely nothing was done to address the situation. No alternative room was offered, no solution was provided, and not even a small gesture of goodwill was proposed. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, we were essentially told that if we weren’t happy, we could leave. So we did — and we received absolutely no refund whatsoever. No compensation, no understanding, no customer service. Nothing. The accommodation is also in the middle of nowhere, and honestly, it is absolutely not worth the trip. The overall experience was so poor that we would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this place. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s attitude when we questioned the property’s high rating and standing on Booking.com. We were told that they had nothing to do with it and that the rating was not necessarily accurate. This response says a lot about the complete lack of accountability and willingness to take responsibility for the guest experience. Problems can happen anywhere, but what truly matters is how a property handles them. In this case, the accommodation was inadequate, the safety concerns were ignored, and the customer service was appalling. Being told to leave if we weren’t happy, only to lose all the money we had paid, was simply unacceptable. Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. Poor accommodation, zero problem-solving, zero compensation, and absolutely no sense of customer care. We would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

  Un hôtel de charme en parfaite harmonie avec la nature, au design raffiné, aux piscines magnifiques et au service irrépr

  Un hôtel absolument charmant, où la nature est au cœur de tout. La décoration est raffinée, les matériaux et les produits soigneusement choisis, et chaque détail semble avoir été pensé pour le bien-être, dans un esprit chic et naturel, sans jamais tomber dans le superflu. Les piscines sont magnifiques, le service impeccable et le personnel adorable, toujours attentionné et souriant. On s’y sent immédiatement bien, dans une atmosphère apaisante, élégante et authentique. Un véritable petit paradis où luxe rime avec simplicité, nature et douceur de vivre. Une très belle adresse que l’on quitte avec une seule envie : y revenir !

  From the moment we were greeted at reception by Purna with his beautiful English and gracious manner, to our departure after 4 fabulous days, we were delighted at Samanvaya in every way. The calm, serenity, design, service and the food were world class.

  There is nothing about the property that we didn't like. We didn't like having to leave at the end of our stay, if that counts?
