    The apartment was very well located, clean, and spacious. The beds were large, and the bathroom was also very spacious.

    My son found the mattress too firm. It has an old-fashioned look.

    Do not book

    The prime location - close to tube station and Hyundai mall. There is one CU and one 711 right below the block.

    The hygiene of the property is outrageous. There is this musty smell all the time - means ventilation is non-existent or something is wrong with the ventilation. I found the pillowcases smell damp (a disturbing smell that I can’t sleep on it), but the bed linen and duvet cover all seem fine. It means the pillowcases have been put damp for long (not dried properly) so they generated this smell. I am from a tropical country so I have encountered it often during rainy season. The hairdryer looks have been overheated that the plastic melted. The aircon status is dreadful - there are moulds and the landlord insisted that’s just stain.
