  An absolutely beautiful place for a peaceful family holiday! If you are looking for a villa where you can enjoy comfort, privacy, peace and quiet, breathtaking views, and excellent service, this is exactly the place you need. We stayed here as a family and loved it. It is a wonderful setting to spend time together, relax, and enjoy the beauty of Koh Samui. The infinity pool is without a doubt one of the highlights. It is absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning view that makes spending time in and around the water feel truly special. Whether you are swimming, relaxing by the pool, or simply looking out at the scenery, it is hard to imagine a more beautiful place to unwind. We could happily spend hours there enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the view. Another fantastic feature is the private beach, which is only a three-minute walk from the villa. Having such easy access to the sea makes a real difference, especially when travelling with family. You can enjoy the pool and then take a short walk down to the beach whenever you feel like it. The combination of a beautiful infinity pool and a private beach so close by is something very special. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, making the villa a lovely place to come back to and relax. For families who appreciate comfort and their own space, it is an excellent choice. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and the whole setting makes it easy to slow down and enjoy your holiday. The views deserve a special mention because they are simply breathtaking. They add so much to the experience, whether you are spending time outside, enjoying the pool, or just taking a quiet moment to appreciate where you are. This is the kind of place where you find yourself stopping again and again just to admire the scenery. The service was excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable.   Great Villa with stunning views, excellent place for a family getaway.

  Exceptional Villa with stunning views, the property was easy to access & we were met by the very friendly staff. All in all a great experience & would like to go back again in the future,

  Overpriced,tired and fraudulently presented as luxury.

  We liked the photos taken when the villas were new presented as current pics from 10 years ago. The pics presented are a collaboration of pics from multiple villas and are misleading.

  The property is tired and old. There is no water pressure for showers. The toilets block up. You have to carry your suitcases up a steep flight of stairs with no assistance. No one was there when we arrived leaving us to sit waiting for a manager with out water or air con. The beds are hard as a rock with cheap nasty linen and pillows. The air con doesn’t work in the master and their answer to it is close the curtains to stop the sun and the view. The manager stresses about you keeping the windows locked and stating about how anything stolen will not be their responsibility. “Refer to previous reviews” This obviously didn’t leave you with a warm safe feeling. The property is isolated and not a restaurant or cafe within walking distance by a country mile. The house rules are extensive and tailored to suit the previous complaints in the existing reviews. You will be presented with a document you must sign after you have already booked and paid in your home country that basically you are on your own if something goes wrong. We left the property within two days of our seven day paid visit and checked into the grand Hyatt. Ended up getting two adjoining rooms in a five star resort for the less than what this shack cost.
