The Host prepared some snacks for us, He was very helpful, even when we checked out, he let us keep our bags in the living room until 1pm, so we still had some chance to explore the city without carrying our stuff around. The rooms were quite big, the house had chairs in it (it is a plus in japan). The bathroom was also big and well equipped. There were 2 bathrooms, a big fridge, so there was everything what we needed. The neighbourhood was very nice, small road with houses, very close to the train station, we even had the chance to participate in a local festive, in our street 2 dragons (2-2 peoples in them) and lots of people draging the sanctuary were going through, and they also involved us, so it was also a great experience and we would miss it if we wouldn't stay in this house :)
I only have 2 little/minor issues, which are not really issues, but here they are: The door with the code, is very thin, and it has only the code locking mechanism, nothing else, which as a european, didn't give me the safe feeling, that I was able to lock the door, so nobody else who knows the code can come in. The other thing, we choose the first room to sleep in, and it only had 1 power socket, where the AC was connected, so I had to charge our phones and laptop in the second room, which is really not a big thing, but would have been better to have one in the first room too :)

Very quiet yet convenient location to the train station - could not hear the trains.
The only issue, which is common in Japan, was uncomfortable seating options.
