A terrible experience: misleading information, closed facilities, poor service, and a dirty, noisy room.

Unfortunately, there was nothing positive about my experience. The stay was extremely disappointing

I felt deceived. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel and was assured that everything would be operating normally. However, the restaurant and other facilities were closed. There was only one employee available for the entire hotel, and I received no help with my luggage or other requests. The room was dirty, there was hair in the bed, and loud banging and rattling noises disturbed my stay. After a five-hour drive, this was incredibly upsetting. I cancelled the remaining two nights, but the hotel refused to refund them despite the conditions and unavailable services.
