    Allotjament gran i reformat amb capacitat per a 6 persones al centre de Logroño.

    Prima locatie, goed appartement met wat aandachtspunten. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

    De locatie, dicht bij het centrum, appartement ziet er netjes uit, veel is vrij nieuw. De lift is fijn en parkeren in de garage er onder is essentieel als je met de auto bent. Kost 10 euro per dag. Is niet te gek. Moderne smart tv met netflix

    1. De onaantrekkelijke patio, waar echt niets aan gedaan wordt terwijl dit best een leuk plekje zou kunnen zijn als er een beetje aandacht aan besteed wordt. Nu is het erg verwaarloosd. 2. De oude donkerbruine plastic tafel en stoeltjes op het kleine balkon. De dode plant die daar staat. Het is een kleine moeite om hier een wat frisser balkon van te maken. Nu doet het afbreuk aan de rest van het appartement. 3. Het lawaai van de drukke straat, hierdoor is het niet mogelijk om het raam snachts open te houden. 4. Airco zou zeer wenselijk zijn. 5. De uitstraling van het gebouw is niet veelbelovend maar als je eenmaal binnen bent dan is het best oké. 6. Het hele felle licht overal is niet prettig, zorg voor iets van sfeerverlichting
