    I will recommend the place to stay

    The location is very good. Walking distance to the Bart station, to the bus stop, and there's a nearby restaurant.

    Convenient location a couple of blocks away from bart and muni makes this place a great home base for exploring SF and the east bay, quiet area makes it great for catching zzzs even at odd hours so no worries about jetlag. The host is very nice and accommodating, no problem dropping off my bags before check-in or leaving them after check-in. I would have gladly spent my whole time in the bay here if they had the availability!

    Bathroom across the hall isn't the most convenient, but really not a problem.
