    Safe, central and comfortable.

    Very central for exploring Luca. Safe & comfortable.

    We had issues with the hot water, which the staff fixed but was inconvenient as we were there for a run. It can be noisy with restaurants right outside. Bring earplugs!

    Authentisch wohnen in angesichts der Basilika

    Die Lage ist perfekt, um Luca zu erkunden. nicht weit von der Porta Santa Maria, und es gibt dort sogar Parkplätze.

    Wenn man sich so blöd anstellt wie wir, landet man mit dem Auto in der Haupt Fußgängerzone und muss von der vermietungs Agentur "gerettet" werden. Chiara ist ein Goldstück, sie setzt sich gegen den Carabinieri, der uns die Einfahrt verweigern wollte, durch. Sie kennt die guten Restaurants und Parkplätze in der Altstadt. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist typisch italienisch: unter einem kristall-Lüster die eher Rumpelig zusammengestellten Möbelstücke aus zig Jahrhunderten.

    Abbiamo già soggiornato in questo appartamento nel 2025. Ci è piaciuto molto, per questo siamo tornati. Non siamo mai rimasti delusi. Il team di CULINESS è eccezionale, disponibile e premuroso.
