The location is really good. And the living room is big enough and the kitchen is renovated and new but the bed room is a bit old.

No microwave and kettle and no elevator so if you have a large baggage you have to get to level 2 by stairs and the shower room floor is crack and water is leaking

    Superb

Great location, walking distance to train station and main attractions. Large space and great interior style. Fan works perfectly, which is critical for summer time.

    Exceptional

This is a large, historic 2 bed apartment, with new kitchen, two nice shower rooms, high ceilings, charme de l'ancien, very quiet, cool in august, 3 flight walk up, around the corner from the Galleria dell'Accademia. Recommended.
