Good but many faults
it's very near to Ponte Veckio, but you must know there are 44 steps you must climb, and then there are 1oo meters uphill. the apartment is clear and beautiful except for the bathroom, it's small and short. I have taken some photos to see. the only actual good thing is that they postpone our checkout for 3 hour's the actual message was that they postpone our checkout until 1, and how did that sound.... we asked for 1-2 hours more.... they answered us the next day..... that thos was not possible (the day we left 2 hours before... so logically we had made our plans) the communication was terrible!!!
when we arrived at 8.30pm, no one was expecting us and didn't answer the phone and we didn't have any information about the check in. the excuse was they didn't have anyone to wait for us for late check in without paying the fee of 30 euros... (who said we have that agreement) we thought we were scammed, we were about to call booking for help. Thank God that a girl that lived in the building tried to communicate with the owners and 1 hour later somebody came!!! That someone didn't know which appartment was (he tried to open that lady's appartment 😭) and didn't speak any English. As for the bathroom it is true it is small and short I take some photos so you can take a look.

The bathroom was bad being it is over the stairs w no room in shower and the drain filled quickly and could overflow!
