    Clean and well-equipped apartment, but let down by slow communication of the host, inadequate parking and poor sound ins

    The apartment itself was clean, tidy and well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

    Communication with the owner was very slow. Calls and messages went unanswered for long periods, and I only received a reply to my first message the following day. I believe hosts should be available to their guests, or at least send a brief message explaining that they will respond later, as guests may need assistance during their stay. Parking was another significant issue. I specifically chose this property because it advertised private parking on site. However, the access is extremely narrow and the parking area is very cramped, even for a small city car. There was no suitable space for my vehicle, and the parking space was also occupied by another guest, so I had to use paid public parking instead. The owner said she would cover the daily parking charge, and I appreciate her willingness to help. However, advertised private parking for each guest should be available and usable. Sound insulation between the apartments was also very poor, which made the stay less comfortable. Although the apartment itself was fine, these issues left me dissatisfied with the overall experience.
