Everything was great; we walked to the Basilica of San Giovanni and then to the Colosseum. It was clean, and the host was welcoming. The apartment is quite spacious. The only issue was that it is on the ground floor, so street noise comes in during the morning. We experienced no other discomfort.

The location with access to the city centre via 1 bus and fully functioning kitchen was a great addition

Helpful host and good location.
We found cockroaches in the kitchen, and there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment.
