  Хозяйка квартиры была ооочень не дружелюбна. Мы заранее предупредили, что заедем в 14,00 ( время заезда указано в описании апартаментов ). По приезду хозяйка сказала, что апартаменты еще не готовы и мы должны ждать на улице. В итоге мы смогли попасть в квартиру только после 16 часов. Все это время мы находились перед дверью. Хозяйка-хамка даже не посчитала нужным извиниться за задержку . Мало того , она еще и наорала на нас что мы взяли какие-то другие ключи. Первый раз мы столкнулись с таким хамством. Настроение было испорчено. Добираться до апртаментов от пристани с чемоданами очень сложно - много мостов. Раньше мы всегда жили в районе площади Сан-Марко и больше изменять своим привычкам не будем. Никогда не писала плохие отзывы, но в данном случае не сдержалась.

  Die Lage war super. Küche modern, leider nur Plastikweingläsee

  Ein Zimmer ist sehr eng - man kann nicht seitlich zum Bett aussteigen.

  Above states in detail why we didn’t stay at property even though we had it booked for many months, wanted this property

  When I booked property, from description and photos, it was exactly what my husband and I wanted. A little off beaten path of the crowds and the price was good! Coming off a cruise, a king sized bed sounded glorious.

  The worst experience I’ve ever had with a property. I’ve never written a negative review and I hate that I must do so now. My husband and I were so excited to stay at San Lorenzo but sadly.. we’ve never had a most horrid and unprofessional experience as I had with this Venice property. Fellow travelers be warned. I booked San Lorenzo last March for 2 nights. In April, I inquired abt possibly staying a 3rd nt. The property, at that time, was quick to respond with yes it was available, book to hold it. We were unfortunately unable to stay an extra night so I left reservation as is, only the 2 nts.. Months later and a week before we were getting ready to travel out of the country I contacted San Lorenzo letting them know our excitement abt Venice and staying at their property, and that since we were departing from a cruise in a different port (Ravenna) we did not know exact check in range (an area to fill out for property) but that if we arrived a couple of hours before the 2pm check-in time would that be okay. Again right before our trip from United States I messaged property with same inquiry since I had not heard back. I know cruise WiFi is limited and my husband and I were not purchasing the cruise internet packages, so I was hoping to have all hotel/property information before flying out of the county. I contacted San Lorenzo again before we flew out of the US expecting a reply. Nothing. So, I assumed I’d receive a reply at some point while traveling in Greece prior to our cruise. Nope, still no response from property. I’m thinking, okay, host will contact me while I’m ON the cruise. Still nothing. After few days into cruise I again contacted property with no luck. Finally, I did hear back—not to address my check in questions, but rather, only to ask me to confirm third day. Odd. I never booked a third day and so I answered with my already booked dates of Oct 4-6.
