    We’ve been on a 7 week tour of Italy and stayed in about 9 places….this was the only one we couldn’t wait to leave.

    The location was great and the staff were very nice.

    Unfortunately the bathroom was very dated. It was dirty, flooded and made our stay uncomfortable.

    Venice was great, but we would not stay here again

    There was not service which is expected at B&B. No knives/forks/plates which at a B&B you would expect, especially when breakfast is not served and you have to arrange yourself The door to the bathroom was broken off the hinge. Pictures always look better on the booking sites.

    Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Sommer ok, da die Lage einmalig ist.

    Das Zimmer ist perfekt gelegen. Der Balkon ist schön. Es gibt Festerläden zum verdunkeln. Wasserkocher ist vorhanden. Fön genügend Handtücher usw vorhanden

    Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice. Statt Bettdecken gibt es nur ein Leintuch und eine nicht sehr appetitliche Decke im Schrank. Es war zu kalt. Keine Antwort auf Rückfragen. Die Dusche ist schimmlig. Das Bad richt auch stark nach Schimmel. Mit lüften den ganzen Tag war es erträglich. Wer ein Hotel oder Pension erwartet, ist hier nicht richtig.

    Excellent location, the cleaning costs were added to the booking which made is very expensive.

    Great location as it is nearby the boat taxi. Clean with good air-con and patio with greenery.

    There was construction activities underway at 2am that resulted in us sleeping very badly, perhaps limited to our short stay.
