    Überbuchung

    Wir wurden auf der Anreise vom Gastgeber darüber informiert, dass wir wegen eines Buchungsfehlers die Unterkunft am gleichen Tag nicht beziehen können und eine Alternative für die gesamte Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes (6 Nächte) suchen müssen. Er meinte noch, wir hätten uns halt früher erkundigen sollen, ob alles in Ordnung sei, dabei hatte er uns 1 Woche vorher ein Mail geschickt, um zu fragen, um welche Zeit wir anreisen würden...

    Emplacement top !

    Emplacement de l'appartement top. Rosana est une personne très agréable dympa et réactive à touts problèmes. Produits de 1ere nécessite à disposition (papier toilette, gel douche, shampooing, serviettes de toilette, produit vaisselle, torchon,...). Les 2 salles de bains et wc très appréciable.

    Manque de lumière naturelle dans la salle à manger. Propreté des parties communes à revoir.. La connexion wifi ne se fait pas dans toutes les pièces. A la place d:un répéteur, mettre une box dédié à l'appartement..

    Awful but great location

    Fab location

    We ended up without a room on the first night because the host didn’t give us a code to get in the room, she was then unavailable to answer our calls to enter. We then had to pay £600 for a new room for our 4 kids. This took us 3 hours to find and it was midnight. During which time the kids had to sleep on the street. I am trying to get my money back but no one is responding. Nightmare.

    Spacious rooms, perfect location, renovated kitchen and two bathrooms.

    Perfect location in the centre of San Marco district. You can see all major sightseeings on foot.
