The location was excellent. So much space, great that a lift was in the building. Such a central location close to shops, food, St Marco Piazza. Given great tips for eating out. It was a bit tricky for us nominating an arrival when we had never been to Venice before, but we were warmly greeted and given early access. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.
The noisy fridge was irritating, but the generous size and location of the apartment outweighed that irritation.

A fantastic apartment—tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed—located in a Venetian
Everything was perfect! A fantastic apartment—tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed—located in a Venetian townhouse. It is situated on a high first floor, with the added bonus of a tiny but very handy elevator. The wonderful host, Camilla, welcomed us with a sweet treat. We found the place without any trouble, thanks to the simple, clear instructions she sent. I won't go on and on, though I could certainly say more. To sum up: I recommend this apartment wholeheartedly, and we would gladly return.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, well appointed and lovely hosts.
Spacious, beautiful, comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen
Small criticism and probably can’t be helped is that there is a tub and the shower can’t really be used unless seated in the tub or you spill water everywhere. No shower screen. Very small and only issue we had.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment, the photos don’t do it justice, it is much more spacious. Terrific hosts who were very accommodating and gave us great recommendations. Highly recommend!
