    Schön renovierte und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer ungepflegten Wohngegend

    Wohnung extrem sauber. Vermieter sehr nett und bemüht. Wohnung top ausgestattet, Mückengitter, elektrische Rolläden, Geschirrtücher, Kerzen, allerlei Utensilien. In der Küche alles da. Bad sehr schön, Dusche hervorragend. Super nah zum Strand und in den Ort. Tolle Westausrichtung mit Abendsonne auf dem Balkon.

    Lärm von recht stark befahrener Straße stört hauptsächlich nachts beim Schlafen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, von der Wohnung oberhalb hört man alles, den Wecker, Gespräche, WC Spülung,... Die Wohngegend ist sehr heruntergekommenen. Die Sicht ziemlich eingeschränkt, nur ein kleines Stückchen vom See. Insgesamt stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht. (Ende August 240 Euro pro Nacht) Mit an die Mankos "Lärm, Slum, wenig Sicht" angepasstem Preis hätten wir höher bewertet.

    Hosts were friendly and nothing was too much effort. Apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Had a great stay.
